Exchanges are accepted within 28 days with proof of purchase. Please note that we do not refund but are happy to offer a credit note for the amount. This does not include personalised jewellery or any item that has been specifically altered. Items must be returned unworn and not damaged. Health and hygiene rules restrict the return of earrings, therefore we cannot accept exchanges of any earrings or pierced jewellery.
